Our mission is to minimize the loss of life and property resulting from fires, medical emergencies, environmental and other disasters.  We will accomplish our mission through a progressive and professional system of personnel development, public education, fire suppression, code enforcement, medical services and rescue skills.  We will actively participate in our community, serve as role models and strive to effectively and efficiently utilize all of the necessary resources at our command to provide a service deemed excellent by our citizens.

"The emergency Notification System, commonly referred to as "reverse 911" is a tool used by 9-1-1 that can makerapid telephone, text, email and fax notifications to specific geographic areas.  It is used to alerr you of emergency situations that are a threat to life or property, or situations deemed dangerous by public safety officials."

We strongly encourage the community to enroll in this system.
